Requirements for Return

Please give the required return information to initiate your return and refund request.

Prior approval is required for returns to be considered for a refund or exchange. Items returned without pre-approval may not be accepted, and you may be responsible for any shipping costs incurred.

The device you intend to return must be in its original condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging as received. Failing to meet these conditions may lead to additional charges or make it impossible to return the product altogether.

The request for return must be submitted within 30 days from the purchase date.

Return Process
We can only process returns or exchanges for items purchased directly from www.jisau.com. If you purchased your items from Amazon, Shopee, or an authorized retailer, please contact the respective retailer to facilitate a return or exchange.

Reach out to us via email. Once approved, we will provide you with a printable shipping label containing our return address and essential details about your returned order.

Attach the Return Label

Ensure your return item(s) are packed securely in the original box and attach the provided return label to the exterior of the box.

Return the Package

Ship the item(s) back to us using your local post office. Because of the product's value, we highly recommend personally delivering the package to a post office employee. We do not recommend depositing it in a post box without direct acceptance by a post office employee. Jisau cannot be held responsible for any lost packages, and refunds will not be processed in such cases. If you need expedited handling of the returned packages, please contact us and provide the tracking number for the returned parcels.

Despite this, there may be situations where products sustain damage during transit or due to unforeseen events. Should you receive a damaged product, please refrain from using it and promptly take a photo as evidence. Send the photo to our customer service team, who will swiftly arrange for a replacement shipment. Order Cancellation

  • Free cancellation applies to products that have not yet been shipped.
  • For products that have already been shipped and received, and are in their original packaging, our customer support representative will provide you with the return address. Please be aware that a 5% fee of the total original order(s) value will be applicable.
  • Cancellations made after delivery to the customer will be treated as a returned product case, and our return policy will be applied in this situation.
About Price Match

A price match adjustment may be considered if a customer buys a product and subsequently the price drops for the same item. We will entertain price matches under the following conditions:

  • Price matches are valid for reductions that happen within 7 days from the date of your initial order delivery.
  • Clearance and Final Sale products do not qualify for price match adjustments.
  • Should we approve the adjustment, the price difference will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
About Refund
