Shipping Methods and Fees

We provide three shipping options: Standard, Express, and International Shipping. Orders will be shipped to the address specified during checkout. If a customer requires multiple orders to be sent to different addresses, they must place separate orders and provide the respective address for each order during checkout.

Confirmation of Order:

After receiving the initial confirmation email, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Your order will be prepared for shipment during this period.

The second email containing your tracking number is sent upon the shipment of your order.

Need to Know

Jisau cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Jisau is not accountable for delays related to the courier, such as customs clearance.

Risk and Loss: All items bought from us are under a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and ownership of such items passes to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier.

Claims Handling: Jisau tracks and records all notifications of lost, missing, incorrect, or damaged items. Lost, missing, or incorrect/damaged items should be reported within 7 calendar days of the order being marked as delivered. For incorrect/damaged items, supporting images must be provided. Jisau reserves the right to limit and/or decline the reshipment and/or refunding of an order/item under all circumstances. If a courtesy reshipment is provided, the reshipped order cannot be returned and/or refunded.

Duties and Taxes

Certain countries may impose local taxes and import duties, which are not included in the prices indicated above. The responsibility for these taxes and duties rests with the buyer or recipient of the shipment. As our products are sold globally, we cannot guarantee compliance with the import regulations of every country. If you are unsure, please verify with your country's customs office before placing an order.
