Subject to the terms and limitations set forth in this limited warranty, Jisau guarantees that the Jisau device, when purchased by the original buyer, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the original retail purchase date (referred to as the "Warranty Period"). This limited warranty is subject to specific exclusions and restrictions as outlined herein.
This limited warranty is applicable only to the customer who initially purchased the Jisau device directly from Jisau or an authorized Jisau seller in the United States. It does not extend to any subsequent owner. Products acquired from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites, are not covered under this warranty.
This limited warranty excludes damage caused by:
- Accidents, misuse, abuse, exposure to dirt or water, tampering, unreasonable use, or neglect of reasonable and necessary maintenance.
- Service operations conducted or attempted by unauthorized service agencies.
- Only Jisau IPL Devices are covered by this warranty. Any accompanying gifts or items provided with the product or obtained through Jisau giveaways are not covered.
During the two-year warranty period, in the event of a defect in the Jisau device and upon receiving a valid claim, Jisau will:
- Repair the defective Jisau device at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
- Replace the defective Jisau device with a new or refurbished Jisau device.
- In case of a defect, subject to legal limitations, these remedies are your exclusive options.
To request Warranty Service, you must contact Jisau's Customer Service Department via email at support@jisau.com within the relevant warranty period. You will be required to:
- Submit photos and a description of the defect.
- Provide proof of purchase information.
- If your claim is approved, Jisau will send you a confirmation email.
- A shipping label will be sent to your address for returning the applicable device. Please ensure all items from the original packaging are included.
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED TO A DURATION OF 2 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE. JISAU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT.
IN CERTAIN STATES, THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES MAY NOT BE ALLOWED, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MIGHT NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GRANTS SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL LEGAL RIGHTS THAT DIFFER FROM STATE TO STATE.
IN SOME JURISDICTIONS, THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES MAY NOT BE PERMITTED, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MIGHT NOT AFFECT YOU.
UNLESS PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JISAU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM ANY BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF JISAU HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY. IN NO EVENT SHALL JISAU’S LIABILITY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
